Support the people who make learning possible.
Fufild gives eligible education employees access to real monthly life services they choose. It is practical support for educators, faculty, advisors, operations teams, and staff whose responsibilities extend far beyond instruction.

Useful support for life beyond school and campus.
Employees open Fufild, explore four clear areas of life, and use employer-provided points to activate services that fit their routines, relationships, well-being, and goals.

The work extends far beyond the lesson.
Teaching is only one part of the human system behind education. Advising, preparation, facilities, dining, technology, administration, research, student services, and campus operations all depend on people whose own lives continue after the day ends.
openings are projected each year, on average, in educational instruction and library occupations from 2024 to 2034, largely to replace people who leave those occupations permanently. The projection covers a broad occupational group and is not a measure of Fufild outcomes.
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics ↗of public school teachers left teaching between the 2020-21 and 2021-22 school years, according to the NCES Teacher Follow-up Survey. The finding describes public K-12 teachers during that period.
National Center for Education Statistics ↗of the public school teachers who left teaching remained in another K-12 education role, according to the same NCES follow-up. The finding does not describe faculty or staff across every education setting.
National Center for Education Statistics ↗The public data reflects instruction roles, while every institution also depends on many other employee groups. Fufild creates one recognizable support experience that can include the eligible employees an institution chooses to support.
The institution provides access. Each employee chooses.
The institution provides eligible employees with Fufild points that activate access to real monthly services across Enjoyment, Wellness, Convenience, and Growth.
An educator, advisor, researcher, facilities teammate, dining employee, and department coordinator can each choose something different without asking a supervisor to define what support should mean.
Update the payment method with the provider, and Fufild points keep the eligible service active while it is covered.

Choice stays with the person.
Enjoyment
Create room for connection, stories, music, and moments that help the employee recharge beyond work.
Wellness
Choose personal routines for movement, mindfulness, rest, and well-being on the employee's own terms.
Convenience
Reduce everyday friction when school calendars, campus demands, commutes, and family needs compete for time.
Growth
Keep learning toward professional development, a personal interest, or the employee's next chapter.
Support shaped around real lives.
After the classroom empties
An educator chooses something that helps the evening return to family, connection, and a life beyond tomorrow's preparation.
Between every student need
An advisor chooses support that creates a little more breathing room in a week built around helping others find direction.
For the team that keeps campus running
An operations or facilities employee chooses something useful for life after an early start, late event, or changing schedule.
Growth beyond the current role
A staff member chooses learning that supports a new skill, leadership goal, or possibility inside or outside the institution.

The day ends. Their responsibilities do not.
Education employees leave classrooms, offices, labs, libraries, dining halls, and facilities teams to return to families, friendships, caregiving, errands, and goals of their own. Fufild gives each person room to choose what would make that life feel more supported.

One institution. Many different lives.
Choice without another process
Employees choose directly in Fufild instead of asking a supervisor to interpret a personal need or prescribe one answer for everyone.
Support across the full employee community
A consistent experience can reach instruction, advising, administration, research, facilities, dining, technology, and campus operations teams.
People notice when the institution supports them, too.
Engagement and retention
When employees find support that fits their lives, institutions strengthen the conditions for people to stay connected, keep contributing, and continue growing with the community.
Recruiting and employee experience
Fufild gives candidates and employees practical value they can feel every day, strengthening the story of an institution that cares for the people behind its mission.
What leaders want to know.
Who is this Fufild model for?
This is an employer-funded model for eligible educators, faculty, and staff. The institution decides which employee groups will receive access.
Is this the same model used for students or student-athletes?
No. This page is specifically about the employee experience. Student and student-athlete paths begin with separate conversations about who the institution wants to support and how that access should work.
Does a supervisor choose services for employees?
No. Each employee chooses directly in Fufild across Enjoyment, Wellness, Convenience, and Growth. Personal choice stays with the employee.
Can staff outside instruction participate?
Yes, when those employees are included in the institution's eligibility structure. Fufild can create one recognizable experience across many roles while preserving individual choice.
Can an employee use a service they already have?
An employee can discover something new or move an eligible existing service into Fufild by updating the payment method with the provider. Fufild points keep it active while it is covered.
What can institutional leaders see?
Leaders can understand enrollment, first use, continued participation, category activity, and patterns across the schools, departments, locations, roles, or employee groups included in the launch.
Does Fufild replace existing employee resources?
No. Fufild adds practical ongoing service access alongside the healthcare, employee assistance, professional development, and other resources an institution already provides.
What happens to points employees do not use?
Points reset monthly. Unused points return to the employer rather than accumulating as stored value.
